THE REVIEW
From Director Jon Keeyes, come a story totally bizarre. This movie is about a husband and wife serial killing team, who both value their love with killing others together All in well, they are having the time on their lives killing, then dismembering the bodies of their choice victims. These 2 often also prepare various foods with their victims meat, making them unique and rather tasty, ( at least to them.) This all sounds like the perfect marriage doesn't it? Well it just so happens, that one night, the 2 of them disagree about something....just who's turn was it to kill their latest victims? This argument, by the end of the night escalates into a full-on brawl between the 2 combatants. Slash after slash, insult upon insult, this turns into a messy messy war where nobody wins this one!

Wow this movie is downright weird and zany and might I add bloody.... I do not know what to classify this film as, as it had the horror, the drama and most of all the black comedy aspect, it has it all. What stands out, probably most in this film is probably the drama build up, the audience really got a feel for the wife's emotions from her point of view, and think that might have been one of the film's intentions. Although rather slow in many area's all of the visual gore seems to help it.

Both Bandy Little, and Trent Haaga offer brilliant performances as the deranged couple, I thought, with Brandy Little being the better of the 2. This movie was shot in beautiful HD and looked very clean and crisp. The best part of the entire film, for me has to be the couple's torture room where the killers murder their unlucky victims. The entire room, is dressed in blood and has a gruesome plethora of pictures of all of their victims, in various stages of death.

This film is simply stunning to the eyes at certain points.

SPECIAL FEATURES RATING
5/10 Very insightful special features here. We get an inside look at what went on in the making of this film, as well as the many, sets, like the torture room, kitchen etc.

I wasn't really impressed with the short films added to the dvd they all seemed to lack substance.

OVERALL IMPRESSION OF THE FILM
This film was actually a pretty good one it was real nice on the eyes, and very entertaining. It it literally reminiscent of a twisted take on Romeo and Juliet!

Although I quite enjoyed this film, it's not one that you may immediately become hooked on, but give it a shot on a dark night sometime.
